Akshay has atlast hit the target. His ‘Kambakkht Ishq’ has made its entry to the Box Office. But that doesn’t make him to relax and have fun, though he celebrated the movie’s success with a party. We can see the action hero in two forthcoming movies – Priyadarshan’s ‘De Dana Dan’ and Anthony D'Souza’s ‘Blue’. The first one is not yet complete but the latter one has wrapped up most of the shooting.

With ‘Blue’ one can see the old daredevil Akki again for the movie is said to be a thrilling action flick. The movie features some life risky stunts like rare underwater scenes with sharks, as the action hero puts it. Akki shares his on-sets experience during the movie’s making. “We were shooting in the deep sea and feeding sharks, when I hit my head on something and started bleeding. I've heard that sharks can smell a drop of blood from a mile, and they zoom in for the kill. But before I could even react, one of the guys just threw all the bait in the opposite direction, so the sharks would charge there, while the second diver put his hand on my wound and we rose to the surface in 20 seconds. I am fortunate to be alive after that incident. My wife Tina was on the ship above and was watching the scene on the monitor.”

It is known that Akki loves to experiment with different stunts in his movie. He says that he loves to take risks as it gives him thrill. He imparts that it is just as how people enjoy rides in an amusement parks, even though they are scared about it. But do you know that this very stuntman is afraid of heights? Yes, Akshay reveals, “When I am standing on the edge, just before I jump, that’s the scariest moment, but then I go ahead and jump. I don’t know how to explain it. It’s thrilling.”

Besides ‘De Dana Dan’, Akshay has Vipul Shah’s ‘Action Replay’and Nikhil Advani’sPatiala House on his on-going projects’ list.
